GHRP-6 (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-6) is a synthetic hexapeptide (His-D-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) and one of the first GHRPs discovered. Each KLIK-RP6 pen contains 5mg/2ml. It acts on the ghrelin/GHS-R1a receptor to stimulate GH release and increase appetite. Research indicates it may also have gastroprotective properties and influence cortisol and prolactin levels modestly compared to GHRP-2.
