KLIKTIDE contains cagrilintide, a novel long-acting acylated amylin analogue designed for once-weekly subcutaneous administration. Each pen contains 10mg/2ml. Cagrilintide activates the amylin receptor (AMY1 and AMY3), which plays a key role in satiety signaling, gastric emptying, and post-prandial glucagon suppression.
